Incompetent and toxic leadership that make poor or no decisions, is unethical, engages in backstabbing behavior, and has zero integrity Zero work-life balance and you are expected to answer emails around the clock Extreme bureaucracy and siloes which paralyzes decision-making Nasty colleagues who are not team players and will backstab you at every turn High turnover Company seems great at first but soon you realize that it’s rotten to the core. Run far run fast!
