Good pay, that's about it

Cons

Terrible work culture. A culture of bullying and fear to which HR does absolutely nothing to assist with. The worst type of people in FMCG remain there because they themselves bully a very young HR team into keeping them. Absolutely rubbish culture - avoid this place like the plague, they are not worth it. I also didn't appreciate being forced into selling lies on products which were not actually backed up by science.

They had great company days and gatherings such as monthly activities/days out

Cons

Culture can be very belittling and aggressive especially from high corporate managers. Overall an extremely unsupportive system that becomes uncomfortable
