Pros

Product sales, annual international trip, 100% benefits coverage, 4 weeks of vacation

Cons

No training from day 1. The expectation is for you to have a constant "entrepreneurial" attitude about everything. A lot of politics involved for moving internally. The workload is insane because they don't want to hire additional employees and cut costs. Say bye-bye to your personal life because you will be working overtime and on weekends continuously.

Cons

Bullying No training provided for you to be able to complete your job properly Line Manager and their boss didnt speak to me for 9 months - my boss couldnt even be bothered to say hello to me each day Staffed and populated by complete bell-ends Other staff need to learn appropriate manners when dealing with other staff - far too much talking down to people etc
