RB is a good organisation to work for

RB gives you lot of liberty to execute your plans. It believes in taking risks & fast decisions. You can grow pretty fast in RB. RB provides very good global exposure as well. This makes RB a very good organisation to work for in your mid-career.

Cons

RB is not very well organised and lacks systems & processes needed for a large organisation. RB has very limited coaching environment thus not a very good organisation to start the career with.

Too much inexperience with no plan to train up. Equipment is older than I am with no authority until recently to maintain.
