      Pros

      The people at the Bentonville Office are the best!

      Cons

      People in Parsippany or in Headquarters didn't understand the urgency or scale of servicing a huge customer like Walmart. Improvements need to be made supporting the office a lot more and less push back because it is detailed work, and demanding. I understand cutting cost but there needs to be better visibility in place for the RB Supply Chain to support this Key Customers. Whether its forecasting tools or adding additional factories in better impactful locations that make sense.

      Pros

      They are raising pay in hopes to attract workers across the board. That means you can get a good pay increase. You do get to buy the product for cheap. Health care costs are low.

      Cons

      So many. For starters they have no training for you in the office. SOP or written instructions are just not their. Every plant operates differently so you can’t rely on them to be able to assist you. As well you will probably not do what the job description says or what you are told in the interviews because they are liars. The have no real direction as a plant or company just product and sell as much as possible so everyone dyes their own goals and no one works together. Run run run do not take it

      Challenging environment but no more Pros

      Cons

      The company is in a really bad financial position right now. This is why they do not give any bonus for the employees now, although there is an APP bonus program for everyone... Employees are not valued and not given any opportunities to grow. As an employee I feel that my work is not appreciated and all of my last years efforts were wasted. Very high fluctuation!
