      Pros

      Incredibly fast paced company, able to pivot quickly and throw resources at an emerging problem. Guardian of well known and beloved brands that play a genuinely crucial part in peoples lives. Excellent opportunity to learn the workings of a F500 company.

      Cons

      Deliberately understaffed, noncompetitive salaries, everyone is exhausted and over worked, company is betting on currently undeveloped or non deployed AI tools to make up shortfalls, more interested in shareholder dividends than internal employee development and reward.
