Opportunity to travel. Opportunity to work on different projects. You’ll see what you work on on the shelf.

Cons

Overworking staff. Hiring freezes, redundancies, org restructures, sell offs with no reassurance given or end in sight. Pay is not equivalent with the scientific community.
