Fast company, great to learn, but can get tiring

Pros

People rotate fast, so there's always an opportunity to climb, or get experience laterally too. Company has started to make an effort to learn what it is doing wrong, and how to better keep its employees happy. Great place to learn a lot in a short space of time.

Cons

Supply always get a bad reputation; people are very quick to blame supply without knowing all the facts. Operations and Logistics folks are treated like second-class citizens. Extremely fast paced work culture, which RB seems to call its strength, but oftentimes, mistakes are made and need to be fixed second time round, thereby generating more work.

Pros

RB is a fast-paced multi-cultural environment where you could find exciting career opportunities if you like to explore different areas of a FMCG company.

Cons

Lower grade employees are only seen as numbers and the HR team has never managed counteracting the high turn-around of employees at this level. RB doesn't value expertise which lead to the launch of consumer goods with low added value to the market.

Working in Quality is tough

Pros

The company offers lots of paid time off. On-site Gym for employees and a fairly lax environment.

Cons

General feeling among employees is that the company doesn't care about me, so I don't really care about the company. There is not much engagement, and Project Supercharge boils down to squeezing everything they can out of as few employees as possible.
