      Pros

      - International Environment - good bonus package

      Cons

      - no work-life balance - unrealistic expectations from Senior Management - no humanity - working hours (I remember lots of days where I worked more than 12 hours / day) - high pressure - burn-out syndrom will definetely hit you as it hit lots of employees I worked with - nobody cares about the employee itself - by the end of the day it doesn't make sense to work for RB even if they pay you a couple of million Euros

      lots of learning, lots of opportunity to grow, if you work hard, you reap the rewards, it's all about achievement and results, great for people who love to work hard and achieve in their career, very successful company with a business model that works to grow the business, lots of global career opportunities, diversity in people from different cultures

      Cons

      can be very competitive, it's all about winning and competing, very hard working, long hours, no work life balance and not a people culture - it's all about the results, no matter how you achieve them

      Great Brands Opportunity to travel (but sometimes depends on your starting country) Can be fast in delivering (at times)

      Cons

      Culture is not pro people; tends push a blame/finger pointing behaviour when a grown up discussion would suffice Management can be poor in some functions A sense of transiency amongst management and employees - leading to short term thinking
