Cool Experience, Very Low Pay

Pros

You get to travel and be apart of really awesome events.

Cons

-The pay is way lower than the market. As in SBM's make $10 an hour when the base pay is $10.25 for cashiers. - You get overworked. I worked easily 15-20 hours a week when I was getting paid for 10. - A lot of the managers are trying to make themselves stand out in a highly competitive company, so they tend to force you to do extra work so that they can look better.

Pros

Flexible schedule to work around school or other commitments. Getting paid to talk to people and usually make their day by sharing a Red Bull. Get to attend and help with awesome crazy events. For a part-time student job the pay is pretty good.

Cons

Have to not mind driving. Sometimes the shifts for special events can get pretty long but overall its not bad.

Pros

Premium product with great culture

Cons

Sales teams are typically not hired as sales people, but more as a deliveryman.
