Pros

Entrepreneurial team spirit with the ability to choose the projects you want to work on. The leadership team puts the power in the hands of the employees.

Cons

80+ hours a week and fast paced. This can lead to burn out and lots of turn over within the team.

Pros

Fun atmosphere Decent pay for part-time Lots of perks, such as out of state events

Cons

Depending on manager there can be favoritism in the workplace. Isn't much over sight of the FMS, therefore if you're manager is unfair there is not much that will be done.

Sexist company

Business Outlook

Pros

Lots of alcohol, fun activities, lots of money spent on team building, lavish company events, lots of hang overs and immature behaviour. Lots of time off. A lot like uni

Cons

No progression. Sexist company. Activities only suit those that are fit. No fat people need to apply. Run by very young people with no prior knowledge of other FMCG industries, who are then promoted into yes men
