Overall a great place to work

Pros

Good benefits and good opportunities for driven candidates. Willing to spend on initiatives and projects but you better have a detailed plan.

Cons

Multiple layers of bureaucracy. Very process heavy organization with very little control if you work in the US (it's actually a European company). If you're looking to drive your own initiatives and be a trailblazer Red Bull 5 years ago was the place to do it but now, maybe not so much today.

Pros

Great team to join everyone looks out and helps each other. Good environment. No weekends, paid holidays. If you can't get along here you may have to look inward.

Cons

You have to get up early. That's the only hard part of this job unless you are not a people person but that's a main part of the job.

Pros

Great culture, talented people, lots of autonomy, awesome projects.

Cons

Career progression is chaotic, no clear paths, sometimes the decisions made to promote people are based on a 'bro club' or social cliques. Titles are not conducive to actual roles (titles are below the level they should be in some departments).
