Pros

Excellent atmosphere, Strong culture, Events, activity's. Your main job is to inspire everyone to love their job.

Cons

Long hours, nothing is ever good enough, still a new company trying to find their way. focus points shift constantly as well as business plan and targets. you plan for one thing and have to change it half way through the month because senior management changes direction. At this level management, your trained to do coaching and documentation and give every employee an opportunity to turn around, however there is none of that in return from your supervisors or senior management.
