Pros

Where you live determines your career path. If you live in Montreal, you will be fine as you will be part of the inner circle. That's the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one.

Cons

I had heard negative things from others when I joined, like offers saying you don't get paid if you are not billable, but I took a chance because I liked what I heard from management. But I never received the training that was promised me. And I soon realized that you need to speak French to be successful in their eyes. You will be on the outside of the inner circle otherwise.

Pros

/N SPRO has fostered an incredible culture that focuses on performance, team dynamics, and providing great customer experiences. There is an emphasis put on continual improvement - whether it be through development, feedback, or process adjustments - and the company has used this to adapt and grow in a sustainable way that puts employees and clients at the heart of their decisions. From a day-to-day perspective, the people are what truly make /N SPRO a great place to work. The team is spirited, smart, and varied - there is no one that you wouldn't want to grab a coffee or drink with on any given day. Depending on your needs as a professional it can be much more than a job - it's a corporate family (that occasionally hangs out at the beach). Some other perks: - 100% paid insurance - annual corporate retreats (Mexico!) - ad hoc team events - great client list - very flexible work options (employees can work remotely from anywhere in the world if they choose to) (As a note, I worked here for over 3 years)

Cons

Very few qualms: - no vision coverage (for those of us with struggling peepers!) & very average vacation time - less clear development and career paths for those outside of the operations team - communications strategies from management could be better unified / thought out at times
