Pros

The company is growing at a rapid pace and the best part is they want you to grow with them. And for that, they provide you with the best resources and the help needed. But at the end of the day, it depends on how well you make use of the resources and how quick you learn and keep up. If you work hard, you get noticed here and be given more opportunities to grow. The work environment is very friendly and has a good vibe. No one bothers you as long as you get the work done and if you are stressed you can always get a beer and play some ping-pong to relax Other than the Unlimited PTO, daily catered lunches, other benefits include 24 hour fitness membership, health insurance.

Cons

May be more variety in the catered lunches :P

Pros

This really is a great place to work. SADA management thinks of the company as a family: Personal employee milestones like the purchase of a house or the birth of a baby are seen as a reason to celebrate, and are a source of company pride. They want employees to grow and really care about their well-being, so they are always seeking to develop their staff and promote from within whenever possible. Working hard is recognized here -- but so is slacking off, so don't think you'll get away with that! New positions are created often, and employees are encouraged to contribute their ideas for how to make the company better. "Best idea wins", no matter if it came from upper management or an intern who started yesterday. The benefits are really good, too! Unlimited PTO and catered food every day...who can complain about that?

Cons

No place is perfect, so here's the deal: SADA is struggling with a bit of an identity crisis at the moment. Change is slow and can be painful. We like to think of ourselves enterprise-grade (and are, in many respects), but in some ways we still operate like a much smaller business. We need to focus on making strategic investments and seeing them through. Focus is an ongoing problem here. The corporate structure was rebuilt this year, which should help to address some issues we had with a lack of accountability in some areas (at the expense of others). However, we're still figuring out some of the finer points of what that restructure means from a day-to-day perspective. I'm hopeful that will be resolved with time. There isn't enough coordination or communication between teams, although hopefully that will also change as we get accustomed to all of the new roles and alignments. For all of that, I have to say that there aren't any Cons that aren't being addressed somehow. Our office space is too tight, so we're expanding. Accountability and politics were a problem, so we restructured. Our CRM system was out-of-date, so we are building a new one. Every company has their issues, but at least here they are doing something about it.
