      Pros

      I can easily say that it's one of the most comfortable jobs I've ever had, with great benfits, and great pay and bonus plan!

      Cons

      It's a great place to work, if you are in your early twenties. Experience and seniority doesn't hold much value. There are no clear career advancement paths. Someone in their mid 30s might feel like they are at the end of their career growth. It feels like home, but we all know that no one grows up by staying at home. Everyone has to leave the comfort of their home one day, to figure out their life path.

      Right now we're a bit tight in our office because we keep on growing at an amazing rate so perhaps moving to a bigger office would come in handy.
