Pros

It is nice being with people in the work environment. Nice people and friendly management. It is a good challenging job and there are many more pros.

Cons

The bathrooms smell bad. No one cleans them. Also the toilet paper is not up to my standard. Maybe one day we will live in a TP golden society.

Thank you for your feedback. As always SADA Systems appreciates all feedback and uses it to make changes for the better. We have reached out to the building management to make them aware of this concern and to ensure the cleanliness of our restrooms. They have assured us that all restrooms are cleaned nightly. The building manager has stated that she personally will do a walk through with the cleaning crew to assure that the restrooms are cleaned properly. They have also ordered a new air freshener system to help with odor control. They have indicated that they will consider a new type of toilet paper as well. Pros

I can't say enough about SADA. The firm mixes perfect levels of technical detail and business prowess, allowing career growth in a number of directions simultaneously. One of the company's core values is "do the right thing" which is regularly reflected by the senior management and c-level leadership. The management regularly goes above and beyond for their employees thus encouraging employees to do the same thing. The spirit of camaraderie in combination with the highly qualified technical experts on staff make SADA a fantastic environment for collaboration. Though teamwork is a breeze, there are also plenty of opportunities to shine as an individual as well. All-in-all, I've worked at a number of startups and mature firms and SADA stands alone as the best place that I've worked.

Cons

The hours can be long, work can go home with you sometimes (though this is never required nor requested), and there can be some growing pains such as lack of internal communication or collaboration. These are to be expected with a company growing it's revenue and it's staff at the amazing rate which SADA has been sustaining.

Pros

Family environment love walking in and seeing friendly faces. Also the fact that I get to speak and related to some of the brightest minds in the IT industry helps in your personal advancement and knowledge of the industry. I have worked in the technical field for over 15 years and I have yet to come across a company like this. I get up wanting to better myself so I can do more for my team I want to succeed and I know and feel like I can accomplish all of this working for SADA.

Cons

Not enough resources at times. Even though I am able to speak with some of the smartest people I know there is only a few I can relay and bounce ideas with. Lack of a personal touch with clients at times. We need to hold our self's more accountable for our relationships we build with our clients this starts with me.
