Pros
The culture of SADA is one that is supportive and ever-changing. The industry that we're in keeps things fast-paced and always on the cutting edge of technology. As it's a family-owned business the Leadership genuinely cares about the employees. I've worked at large companies where you feel like just a number and not valued, but here you can surface your ideas for improving a process, building or creating new things, or how to make the company culture even better. You can definitely make a difference here if you're willing to put in the work.
Other pros: unlimited PTO, quarterly bonuses, monthly happy hours, catered lunch twice a week, after-hours tournaments (poker, ping pong, etc.), volunteer opportunities, open door policy with Leadership, professional development funds.
Cons
If you're someone who wants a steady 40 hour work week, this isn't the place for you. Sometimes it requires working later or on weekends. Not all the time, but it's definitely a reality of working here...and many other places. I wouldn't necessarily call that a "con", but rather a reality.
