      Pros

      One of the best places to work. Unlimited PTO. Flexibility when needed. Knowledgeable colleagues.

      Cons

      There aren't enough employees so there's pressure from multiple projects. There's sometimes a disconnect from sales to development (but that seems to be getting better).

      SADA provides its employees with a tremendous amount of autonomy in the work we do, and I always feel confident that I have executive support whenever needed. If you work hard and prove your value, you will have limitless growth potential.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, challenging projects, good people, fun atmosphere: parties, lunches, events. Can get experience working with both Microsoft and Google.

      Cons

      As a company that is trying to grow, there are inevitable growing pains. These seem to be addressed well and in a timely fashion, but they still exist.
