      Why You Should Think Twice Before Joining SADA

      Pros

      Their insurance and PTO (Paid Time Off) benefits are good.

      Cons

      It seems to be a hyped company. If you were working in a product-based company and SADA offers a good package, I would recommend not joining this company. They specifically concentrate on GCP cloud, and anyone who has experience in cloud services knows how par GCP cloud is compared to other market leaders. Moreover, if you are on an H1B visa, don't join this company as they may terminate your employment at any time. The quality of deliverables is also very poor. heir offshore center located in India, Trivandrum, is led by a group of ineffective individuals who seem to be of little value

      Pros

      SADA offers great career opportunities, a never-ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, and work culture. The people that I work with have a high degree of ownership and accountability at an individual level - a deep sense of personal commitment

      Cons

      With all tech jobs, you need to keep up with the latest trends and solutions. Not an environment for those looking to be complacent.

      Large enough to feel supported, and small enough to feel heard. If you are looking for the opportunity to be challenged and grow, look no further.

      Cons

      Employee on-boarding for your specific role isn't completely formalized or ironized...but it is headed in the right direction and it has advanced.
