      Pros

      Design and development are very AJILE. Team structure is very flat. Design team is small but very collaborative. We have design team standup, design critique session and pair designs every week. Teammates are top talents, you get to learn something new everyday. You also get to solve complicated & interesting design problems everyday - never get bored! Plus the free lunch and snacks + unlimited PTO, it's a great place to work at.

      Cons

      Nothing much to complain about, only issue to me is that it's located in North Hollywood, pretty far where I live, however you can work from home time to time, which is very nice.

      SADA is a fast growing, cloud computing company known for innovation. Their team is comprised of smart, talented people from all different backgrounds. There is always something new to learn, diverse culture, great leadership and they promote performers from within.

      I have no cons. SADA is an amazing company, I'm very grateful to have been able to contribute to their success.
