      Pros

      This company provides the opportunity to build consulting practices plus the incentives to own a piece of your success while balancing work / life. Their theme this year is #ownership, to which they recently launched a profit sharing program along with Stock Appreciation Rights to incent employees to go the extra mile. Top that off with Unlimited PTO, sound benefits, strong leadership, and years of growth, and you've got a vibrant culture.

      Cons

      My cubicle is pretty small, only 5' wide, which doesn't leave much working space. Conference rooms are at a premium, as we are literally bursting at the seams. Still hiring, and soon to expand into the floor above.

      Pros

      Company culture is great! Fun place to work. Challenging work with lots of opportunities to keep growing. Great people and management as well.

      Cons

      Chaotic environment at time. Complex mix of processes and lack of. Lack of structure (or poor structure) can be hard to navigate.

      - Family based work environment, every employee is treated like a family member and valued -Open door policy, the CIO & CEO actually listen to employee feedback -Great place to learn, company sponsors certifications and a great place to learn -Constant innovation and cutting edge technology, there is no other place that you can learn so much at such a short time -Great work life/ balance -Generous incentive program, one of the BEST in the industry

      -Some of the not so positive feedback provided here is absolutely incorrect, SADA is one of the best places to work in the US.
