      Pros

      SADA is rapidly growing every day! Due to rapid growth there is more room for personal and professional development then at large organizations. Since I started at SADA I’ve demonstrated interest in multiple different departments and each time was approached with an opportunity to transfer. The executive management team has created a “work hard, play hard” culture at SADA and values each and every employee. The people at SADA are some of the smartest people I have had the opportunity to work with and have gained more knowledge than I would have ever expected.

      You can feel the energy here... massive growth, lots of new customers/partners, tons of hiring, promotions and bonuses galore! The company cares deeply about SADA employees, DEI initiatives are embedded in the organizational culture, and leadership is bullish on being the best Google Cloud partner out there - PERIOD. Compensation is above market and benefits are improving each year. Also, Unlimited PTO, fully remote or hybrid - up to you. The leadership team is willing to invest in making this a best-in-class company. There is so much potential for the future here and I feel very fortunate to have joined at this time. I am confident that SADA will be a large enterprise company within the next 3-5 years. Our CEO has vision and drive - I believe that he can get us there!!

      Cons

      The company is growing faster than the current infrastructure can handle - everyone is working very hard to accommodate. New systems, new structures, and new processes need to be put in place to remedy this, but the team is aware and working on it. This is typical with a hyper-growth situation, and the company is quickly taking steps to hire additional resources.
