Pros

The company is growing at a rapid pace and the best part is they want you to grow with them. And for that, they provide you with the best resources and the help needed. But at the end of the day, it depends on how well you make use of the resources and how quick you learn and keep up. If you work hard, you get noticed here and be given more opportunities to grow. The work environment is very friendly and has a good vibe. No one bothers you as long as you get the work done and if you are stressed you can always get a beer and play some ping-pong to relax Other than the Unlimited PTO, daily catered lunches, other benefits include 24 hour fitness membership, health insurance.

Cons

May be more variety in the catered lunches :P

Pros

The culture of SADA is one that is supportive and ever-changing. The industry that we're in keeps things fast-paced and always on the cutting edge of technology. As it's a family-owned business the Leadership genuinely cares about the employees. I've worked at large companies where you feel like just a number and not valued, but here you can surface your ideas for improving a process, building or creating new things, or how to make the company culture even better. You can definitely make a difference here if you're willing to put in the work. Other pros: unlimited PTO, quarterly bonuses, monthly happy hours, catered lunch twice a week, after-hours tournaments (poker, ping pong, etc.), volunteer opportunities, open door policy with Leadership, professional development funds.

Cons

If you're someone who wants a steady 40 hour work week, this isn't the place for you. Sometimes it requires working later or on weekends. Not all the time, but it's definitely a reality of working here...and many other places. I wouldn't necessarily call that a "con", but rather a reality.
