SADA has blown away all my expectations! Like anyone, I have dealt with my fair share of jobs I would hate to go to everyday, SADA is the COMPLETE opposite! Everyday has been exciting, and the people here are great. Great support from upper management, fantastic pay and benefits (unlimited PTO), fun employee activities and events, lunch supplied 2 days a week, a fully stocked kitchen of snacks/drinks and just an overall great place to work. You will get freedom here as well, you do not have someone breathing down your neck to do work. Instead, you will have to be creative and manage your own time WISELY. Cons
You WILL be busy, but being busy doing something meaningful, helping a company grow is certainly much better and more rewarding than sitting at a computer doing data entry or making cold calls for 8 hours a day at a job you hate. The unlimited PTO is great, but you will be busy, so finding time to use it can be tough, but a day off once in a while is certainly possible if it is planned.
