      Pros

      - The company culture is great. I've never worked with such smart, hard working individuals! - The industry we work in is fast-paced and constantly changing, therefore, we strive to be agile as a company. - We have fun! Things such as monthly social gatherings, Pizza Tuesdays, ping pong tournaments, and core value activities are some of the things you may encounter here. - It's a family oriented business. You feel as if you matter here, rather than getting lost in numbers.

      With food and ping pong tables, who wants to go home?!

      Great coworkers from smart and varied backgrounds.

      Cons

      This company grew too fast without any formal internal structure or plan. Like building a house on rotten foundation. No realistic sense of how long it takes to properly run a project.

      Fast growing, dynamic company in a great space

      Pros

      This company is growing rapidly. It's one of the top resellers and solution providers of Google Enterprise products like Google Apps, Search, and Maps. It's a good place to grow and develop. Good career choice.

      Cons

      As with any fast growing company, there are growing pains associated with achieving that growth. But these pale in comparison with issues at more stagnant organizations.
