SADA's growth and overall culture is as good as it gets in the modern tech consultancy space. Privately-owned by the original founders provides a warmer feel than other hyper-growth companies I've worked for.. you're more than just a number here. Exciting time to work for SADA in parallel with Google- perfect storm of the fastest growing public cloud with SADA's multiple advantages within Google's partner ecosystem... a salesperson's dream if you're focused on earning potential.
Cons
Growing pains typical of any company experiencing this type of scaling still present, but not enough to cause turnover. Provides new challenges and most roles are still multiple roles rolled into one. Commission are good, but payout is slow. Multi-year contracts=multi-year payouts in existing model. Golden handcuffs in a way, but leadership is actively working to restructure favoring faster payout without sacrificing net earnings. Diversity could be higher in sales organization, but this is typical of a historically male-dominated occupation like sales.
