      Sada was a great place to work. Great work life balance and you work with some really sharp people!

      Offers nice service to clients but toxic work environment

      Pros

      Full-time remote company that works with a range of clients around the states.

      Cons

      Company acts like a start up. So you end up wearing a lot of hats and sometimes unfortunately you work with people with big egos. And at the same time the company treats you like a contractor. You are required to submit detailed hourly reports of billable projects. Lastly the company hires fast when new contracts are signed then fires just as fast when the projects end. This was something I saw multiple times.
