      Pros

      Midsize company with great culture. People are approachable and go above and beyond to help you. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Work hours can be long. Most of the times you end up working for more than 10 hours a day. Scope of the work is not defined; no push back from the management for out of scope work. Recent change in management lacks vision and capacity planning
