      Innovation is key Company is very open to innovation Key brand partnerships with Google, Microsoft & Facebook Every person is a key player, adds value to the company mission and team objectives Huge upward mobility for the sharp and motivated They invest in personal career development & certifications after 90 days Profit Sharing Catered lunch daily Unlimited PTO Start-up mentality without the start-up risks Very social and family-oriented environment

      Pros

      Young Energetic fast growing company that double the size of the office since I joined the company 3 months ago. Amazing flexibility at work and People Operations keeps finding fund stuff, hey not to mention the free lunch... yes free food and drink. 24 hours fitness across the street. Best location in North Hollywood and easy parking, what else I can say.

      This place is growing so quickly that you have to try to remember names...

      Pros

      I can easily say that it's one of the most comfortable jobs I've ever had, with great benfits, and great pay and bonus plan!

      Cons

      It's a great place to work, if you are in your early twenties. Experience and seniority doesn't hold much value. There are no clear career advancement paths. Someone in their mid 30s might feel like they are at the end of their career growth. It feels like home, but we all know that no one grows up by staying at home. Everyone has to leave the comfort of their home one day, to figure out their life path.
