      - Convenience of first two interviews via Skype interviews - First interview with HR - Second interview with potential BDM - Third/Final interview in-person with BDM, BDA and CTO - Very organized and straight-forward process

      Cons

      Be ready to work hard as you should with any job. It's also a huge help to understand the tech industry, terms, trends, and a basic understanding prior to the interview.

      Pros

      I can't say enough about SADA. The firm mixes perfect levels of technical detail and business prowess, allowing career growth in a number of directions simultaneously. One of the company's core values is "do the right thing" which is regularly reflected by the senior management and c-level leadership. The management regularly goes above and beyond for their employees thus encouraging employees to do the same thing. The spirit of camaraderie in combination with the highly qualified technical experts on staff make SADA a fantastic environment for collaboration. Though teamwork is a breeze, there are also plenty of opportunities to shine as an individual as well. All-in-all, I've worked at a number of startups and mature firms and SADA stands alone as the best place that I've worked.

      Cons

      The hours can be long, work can go home with you sometimes (though this is never required nor requested), and there can be some growing pains such as lack of internal communication or collaboration. These are to be expected with a company growing it's revenue and it's staff at the amazing rate which SADA has been sustaining.

      Pros

      SADA has been very fast paced with it's fair share of challenges. There is a startup feel in my department which really lets me be my own entrepreneur within SADA. That is exactly what I was looking for and it has been a very good fit.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons, at times we are over extended but that is because we are growing so I can appreciate it. the unlimited PTO can be tough to manage on my team but i'm learning!!!
