      Absolutely the Best Company to Work For

      Pros

      I don't think you'll find a job with comparable people, benefits, work-life balance, and INSANE growth. I am surrounded by people that care and want to do things the right way, not the easy way I have the ability to voice my opinion/provide advice in all areas that I work in, and I have never felt limited by bureaucracy, technology, or other areas that might prove frustrating in a larger organization or an organization that "doesn't get it."

      Cons

      There aren't any Cons to working at SADA. Other reviews mention growing pains, but that is impossible to avoid completely at an organization growing at such a rapid pace. There's opportunity for everyone to do their part to lessen those pains! See "Pros" :)

      Family Owned - Love Them!

      Pros

      Family owned - great culture! They have great benefits and it's all the things you'd hope for when working for a technology company. Catered lunches, great travel perks, happy hours, Tea on Thursday - really appreciated how generous they are! They also pay accurately and on time. Cross selling opportunities and mentorship opportunities are things I found during my time there. I didn't leave by choice - they sold us off to Core BTS. I haven't had a great experience at Core BTS.

      Cons

      Some growing pains, but for the most part they hire people to fill the support gaps. They had plans to sell us off to Core BTS so I got a little bit of a different experience my last year than what the Google employees got.
