Pros

Amazing culture- everyone is accepting in the diversity of all the employees and even hang out after for happy hours. This is the first job I've had that I felt I am appreciated and could be my authentic self. Great benefits - insurance, health-conscious programs, full kitchen and provided meals.

Cons

As we are growing so rapidly, but behind on preparing for it. This creates pain points and unclear procedures. We've been working on it, but it's been severely delayed.

Pros

- Sales team is effective - Salary is competitive - Decent benefits

Cons

- The inner circle is a boys club that protects its members from consequences of misconduct and unethical behavior - Witnessed many examples of sales team lying to customers and partners, overpromising and underdelivering - Constant gossip, back channeling and politics mean everyone is watching their back

Thank you for your feedback. SADA utilizes all feedback received to make improvements. Ever since SADA was established, dating back 19 years ago, we have always strived for excellence in everything we’ve done. Strong family values started SADA Systems and has always been something that I have felt very strongly about. Over the years, SADA has gone to the lengths necessary to ensure that we uphold our code of ethics and our core values, one of which is to Do The Right Thing. We’ve created a People Operations department (HR) and hired an in-house Counsel to make sure we always operate within the realm of ethics and morality. Our main objective, presented at our All Hands this year, is to focus on our People, our Customers and our Partners. Providing excellent service both internally and externally is key to our success. I am very sorry that your impressions of SADA does not reflect this. I wish you came and spoke to me personally as we take these things very seriously. I am also sad to hear that your impression is that the inner circle is a boys club. This was a bit shocking as my mother started this company and has been a role model for strong women in the workplace over the years. With a strong female presence in our Executive Management team, including our Head of People Operations as well as our CMO, it is disappointing to hear something like this. We have always been part of inclusion and diversity programs, however this year we have stepped it up even more within our People Operations initiatives in order to stay ahead of the industry with respect to this, #beonestepahead. I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished and I acknowledge there’s always room for growth and improvements. Thank you for your feedback, it will be considered moving forward.
