Pros

Fun events, free food, nice clean office, indoor parking structure

Cons

Cannot retain talents, most good employees are there just waiting to find the next job offer. Certain departments have growth potential but there's other departments where there is zero growth, poor leadership, and high turnover rate.. when you realise you learn nothing or you're doing more basic work than what you opt in for, you will start to think about leaving immediately.

We have brought on-board some industry leaders and continue to raise the bar for excellence here at SADA. We believe in investing in our staff as well. This year, one of our annual goals is to foster personal and professional growth. In addition, we have increased our professional development funds for employees. I view every day as an opportunity for advancement and we take every measure to make improvements.

dysfunctional to say the least!!!

Pros

two times per week lunch is brought in. unlimited pto. nice offices. a fair share of smart people to work with.

Cons

way to much work, the unlimited pto gets ruled out by your boss telling you things have to be done earlier. company split into two-google and microsoft. both ran totally different. management on microsoft side is terrible. cto loves to micromanage while sipping coffee all day. poor work life balance.

SADA Systems always appreciates feedback and uses it to make changes for the better. I would like to address some of the concerns brought up in this review. SADA is a growing company and delivers cutting edge technology solutions to its high profile and sophisticated clients. As indicated in some of our other reviews, employees work extremely hard to deliver on high expectations. People who are looking for a “punch in, punch out” job will not thrive here. We trust our employees to make time management decisions and provide an environment that encourages personal growth and development. With regard to turnover, our People Operations department has reported our voluntary turnover rate for 2015 YTD at 7.7%, which is a very low rate. We strive to hire and retain rock stars, because it is also what our clients and partners expect.

inconsistency across the organization

Pros

rapidly growing company. lots of smart technical people. overall a good place to work as long as you put in the ot that is needed to finish stuff when management wants you to.

Cons

work-life balance is not good. too much work in 8 hour day. management is horrible. hiring practices is even worse. company split google and microsoft. google side does ok. microsoft side cant follow. they discriminate against remote workers as you are not part of the 'culture'
