      A perfect balance of authority and freedom. The proper tools are given to you to succeed and the executive team will always make themselves available to propel you forward.

      Cons

      Working with global companies you do have to expect to either come in early or stay late.

      - Amazing work environment where everyone is committed to helping one another - Managers care for and support their direct reports - Filled with some of the best people to be around on a daily basis. Very few egos. - Advanced collaboration tools make getting work done efficient and pain-free - Ample social/fun activities - Given the autonomy and freedom to try new things

      Pros

      - Great people to work with, everyone is really smart and enjoys coming to work each day. - Clear efforts to maintain culture such as monthly happy hours, themed days (such as May the 4th be with you, bbqs, etc,) - Executive visibility. You don't feel a great divide between Leadership and the rest of the employees. They are visible and active. - Perks such as unlimited PTO and catered lunch every day (breakfast on Friday)

      Cons

      - Steady workload; SADA isn't for people who don't want to work!
