Pros

Work-life balance and competitive compensation SADA encourages employment growth by offering a professional development program. It's a good thing for the gym next door because of the daily catering and fully stocked kitchen.

Cons

I cannot think of any.

Great culture! There is room for advancement, hard work is recognized, and you can see your efforts immediately impact the team.

Cons

I have no cons. Personally, I would prefer a West LA location but the current location on the Red Line is very convenient for most employees.
