      Pros

      1. Get end to end visibility on projects. Lots of projects and you learn constantly 2. Positive atmosphere for learning and deciding what you want to do with your career 3. Great work culture 4. Work life balance is given a lot of importance 5. Very approachable EMT and HR team - they really care and love their employees 6. Great food, parties and a lot of fun filled events.

      Pros

      Keep up the benefits and professional development. Unlimited PTO, stocked kitchen, ping pong, foos ball and allk that good stuff.

      Cons

      We're a split delivery shop for both Microsoft and Google but Google is the clear favorite internally. Also, turnover is a bit high especially with higher level roles.

      Pros

      Quick response to change. Prioritizing people before numbers. Clearly showing that they care about employees. Accommodate and help employees to put their families first and emphasizing the importance or work/life balance. GREAT benefits and GREAT pay!

      Cons

      Sometimes the leadership tests and tries to make a game plan from a larger company to work for us, and 9 out of 10 times, it doesn't.
