Pros

- Excellent work life balance - Good teamwork and Projects - Excellent schemes for employee care - Too many add on benefits in terms of food, health,culture, shuttle services.

Cons

- Use of proprietory softwares : SAP has it's own frameworks and products for development purposes. Most of the team choose this proprietory frameworks for development. As a result, one does not get exposure to Open Source at all.

Undoubtedly one of the best in terms of the workplace Company policies and Employee benefits Work-life balance. A very good place if you want to lead a comfortable life. Free food.

Cons

The quality of work you get varies hugely depending on the team you get. Not all teams are doing good work. They try to compensate for the slightly lower salaries by giving small perks.
