Too much reliability on email communication, Lot of overhead before actual development starts, Ratings seem pre-fixed for new employess until atleast 2 years, Some decisions are not transparent enough, Sometimes work overload

Good Work-Life Balance. They care about their employees and have a good range of employee benefits lined up. You get to learn about new technologies on which SAP is working. Good place to settle down in your career.

Cons

Work can become monotonous after a while. It all depends on the team you are in. Even if you are exposed to newer technologies, you might not get to work on them.
