You will get a good head start in your career as its a german company Office campus is really great Work is also good depending on which team and LOB you're joining. But overall good culture. You will get a lot of exposure and networking through hackathons, seminars and demopods

Cons

As a fresher it is a slow moving company but switching to MNCs becomes very easy.
