It was an amazing time working for SAP. It is all a matter of how active you are as a employee to feel confident in the concern surrounding. The international work environment makes SAP a very nice company to get to know people around the world and work quite flexible. You need to be proactive to get great projects or see the potentials which are around you. SAP offers a lot to the employees, which helps the work life balance. I absolutely enjoyed the trust in work and the flexibility!

Cons

Even if I mentioned the flexibility of the company, it depends on the manager you have. You can be absolutely inflexible and feel unconfident if you are in the wrong team with the wrong manager. --> If you feel unhappy you need to be proactive and sometimes a concern is slow.. it can take a year until you find another internal possibility. Internal processes which are complex can make you feel unvalued and you do not see the outcome of your work in the product. Everything feels slow. Even if the company is international, it is almost impossible to get an job opportunity abroad.
