Trust-based working hours, Home-office, Vegan Almond-milk Coffee, Free Lunch, Office Gym

Cons

Salary is just okay, not amazing for a tech company. Some are the benefits are more towards senior employees (pension, insurance, car) which are not applicable or might not be interesting for younger employees who prefer other benefit packages.

culture of valuing learning, support for team growth, facilities that benefits design thinking practice, SAP.iO.

Cons

yet stuck on feasibility and low maturity of user-centre design practices. Some team members can be territorial when not knowing how to deal with new topics (such as design thinking or UX research). The facilities in Berlin Münzstrasse is the worse I've been from SAP. Doesn't inspire its employees (except the AppHaus).
