It is the ideal place for old employees. Nobody cares about the quality of work. Having a job and getting the salary is the end goal

Cons

They are a bunch of liars Age and hierarchy are the parameters to respect a person and not the kind of job they do No innovation whatsoever Very rigid mentalities and resistant towards change and a fast paced work environment
