- Management wants to give you a great learning experience - Co-workers and peers are helpful and want you to succeed - Monthly events - Great environment for learning and meeting new people

Cons

- A lot of sitting and free soda, so you have to manage your health - Some areas in the building have very little exposure to sunlight, but you are free to take walks and go outside when you need to
