Pros

There are so many events and clubs around, SAP really creates a community for interns and full time employees. Flexible hours, work from home options, lunch on us program.

Cons

It's a great company. I can only speak for myself, but there isn't much I would change! I would like to see the roles and access requests be a bit smoother/easier.

- 3 course meal every day - Flexihour - Good pay

Cons

- No life outside of work due to constantly studying for more SAP certificates - Lack of real control of your career direction. My manager was relentlessly promoting areas that he knew I wasn't interested in. My own preferences were not taken into account. I interviewed for various positions but ultimately, the decision was out of my hands, it was down to my manager where I ended up for my next placement, not good. - Overly competitive environment, felt toxic and uncomfortable. For the last three weeks of the internship, I dreaded going into work there. - Unrest and cliques in the group of interns probably due to being overly stressed.
