      People are great, terrible off boarding experience

      Pros

      Team and colleagues were great. I joined just before the layoff announcement which made future opportunities almost impossible. The off boarding experience has been truly horrible, SAP refuses to provide documents which they are legally obliged to and the communication has been different from several HR teams.
