Pros
Long time employee with SAP and I have seen many changes, but always felt the people who make up the company came first.
Cons
This is no longer the case - recent changes and mgmt decisions seem to be taken with little empathy and no consideration for the individuals who have made the company successful. Our CEO is very disconnected from the reality of the organization and has for years been surrounding himself with buddies and yes-sayers and impact is starting to show! Im afraid the positive culture is slowly being destroyed from within!
