Pros

+ international colleagues + professional growth possible + pay good for location + flexible working hour + working from home + good name for resume

Cons

- dictatorship of administration by Finance and operation - significant levels of management with little experience or knowledge with SAP products or customers - consequence management is non-existant - professional growth possible based on personal network - conflict will kill your career, say good things or stay silent - Hasso (founder of company) continues to try to steer the company but continues making significant mistakes - some people are more equal than others

Pros

1. SAP group of company which brings a good social respect to an employee 2. German Management has better policies compared to Indian management.

Cons

1. Worst work environment as the managers are incapable and short sighted. 2. The managers are the worst who try to show their authority by insulting the employees and they never stand by the employees 3. Very selfish, dishonest managers at all the levels. If a manager misbehaves or ill treat the team member, there is no use of complaining to the senior management because they are also the same.

Pros

SAP was a phenomenal company 20 years ago. Lots of wonderful people still work there, but toxic, insecure and unqualified leaders are rampant throughout.

Cons

CEO himself was only appointed because of his dad's friendship with Hasso Plattner. He lacks charisma and micromanages and only appoints people in senior roles who are loyal to him, regardless of their talent. He also has affairs with his staff, and HR and Compliance do nothing. It is the same for other Board Members. SAP restructuring in 2023 and 2024 have also resulted in the loss of some of the best employees and so much useless dead weight is left.
