Open atmosphere and team spirit in combination with the respect to customers and even competitors. I always have a feeling that we do not need to beat our competitors we would rather learn from our mistakes and improve. Accusation is not in SAP culture. I am glad it is not ...

Cons

Faster innovation of products is reached but it must be followed by innovation of services. The work started but it is still long way to go ... World is faster we should not hunt the progress we should be hunted.

Over 10 years at SAP and I have found my colleagues to be incredibly smart and dedicated. The work is fascinating. Up until this year, I would have also (and have) said top leadership generally strives to take care of its employees as much as it can though that is no longer the case, sadly.

Cons

The executive leadership has completely disconnected itself from the reality of the post-COVID workspace. They lost all compassion for employees and now follow their own desires and feelings of how work "should be" rather than considering actual data when it comes to making decisions that affect the lives of their employees and their work productivity. They have abandoned SAP's sustainability goals. They have abandoned SAP's D&I goals.
