- Good Work Life balance - End to end responsibility - Benefits - Food, Transport etc.

Cons

- Too much politics in almost all the teams - Worst management with a flat hierarchy - Very slow growth due to a dense hierarchy - Compensation is way below par as per the market standards - Most of the product and investments get scrapped off in a few years - All the german development teams get good quality work and the other locations are kinda support centres!
